Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Reza Modarresi Yazdi, member of the Guardian Council of the Islamic Jurisprudents, has issued a message marking the recent victories of the warriors of Islam against the Zionist regime and the United States.
In his statement, Ayatollah Modarresi Yazdi opened with a Quranic verse from Surah Al-Fath: "Indeed, We have granted you a clear victory," highlighting the significance of the triumph.
He expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for the decisive defeat of the "unfortunate Zionist regime" and the "evil regime of America," along with their arrogant allies. The Ayatollah extended his deepest appreciation to the Commander of the Armed Forces and all branches of the military for their courage and determination, congratulating them on this monumental success. He also invoked blessings upon the martyrs, especially the commanders and fighting forces, praying for their union with the martyrs of Karbala.
Ayatollah Modarresi Yazdi condemned the Zionist regime and its allies, describing their Joint Combined Operations Command as having committed unprecedented crimes with the false hope of destabilizing the Islamic Republic of Iran and its divine system. He criticized their blatant violations of international laws and war crimes, emphasizing that their efforts only led to disgrace.
He praised the armed forces for their relentless and advanced efforts, which have dealt crushing blows to the Zionist regime and its supporters, bringing them close to collapse. The Ayatollah noted that, out of desperation, the regime had temporarily ceased aggressive attacks, leading to a pause in hostilities.
However, citing Imam Ali (PBUH) from Nahj al-Balagha, he warned against complacency, urging vigilance even after peace is established:
"Beware of all that is present, beware of your enemy after his reconciliation, for indeed, the enemy may be close enough to be unaware."
He stressed that the enemy remains deceitful and untrustworthy, likely to exploit any pause to regroup and renew hostilities. Therefore, he called on the Iranian people, government, all institutions, and the armed forces to maintain the highest levels of awareness, readiness, and advancement in all fields.
Finally, Ayatollah Modarresi Yazdi urged everyone to avoid pride and forgetfulness of divine blessings, sincerely praying for the continued glory and strength of the Islamic Republic, as well as the health and longevity of the Supreme Leader.
